Mice Sightings in a Heidelberg Facility

Amidst the pest plague that has been a cause for concern for Melbourne, there have been a lot of mice sightings. Mice, despite some being cute, can be carriers of disease and therefore a cause for concern. Our team came across a case regarding mice sightings recently.

A commercial client in Heidelberg called in a panic as a result of staff seeing mice in their facility.

A quote was coordinated and quickly accepted by the client. The proposal received acceptance only if our team completed the task at hand within 24 hours. Our well-experienced team knew that 24 hours is more than enough time for completion.

Mouse faeces were evident and which meant implementing a control program with the intent to minimise entry. The control program also intended to control the existing infestation.

Due to the urgency, our technician arrived before 6:30 am to ensure minimal disruption to the clients normal working activities.

All external doors were given protection with rat stations and the office areas with mouse stations.

Different baits utilised, both hard and soft, providing our technician to review at our quarterly review. At this point, the baiting program will undergo a review to ensure that we are providing bait accepted by the rodents.
