Sneaky Spider Caught During External Treatment
While treating a spider problem in a home we usually recommend an external treatment. This paired with the internal treatment rids the home of the pest. It also reduces the chance of it coming back and causing problems again.
Our technician recently attended a property in Mount Macedon where a customer cited spider problems. He arrived on the property and got a quick understanding of the situation from the client. After this, he started to conduct a routine inspection to find the root problem.
This little fellow confronted our tech whilst on the water heater. He was found whilst conducting an external spider treatment and we are pleased to announce that he did not last the day.
It is common for spiders to find harbourage in and around water heaters because we tend to leave them alone whilst they are working well. This provides great opportunities for these pests to establish themselves in and around the heaters with little interruption until we come along.
As mentioned before a double treatment plan ensures better results. If you hire only one form of treatment, the pest can find harbourage in the area left out. Thus, it is our recommendation to have an external as well as an internal treatment plan.
