Strong Baiting Plan A Result Of The Return Of The Rats
Sometimes, problems tough to control by us can go out of hand, thus demanding an aggressive approach. One of these instances occurred with a rodent problem when a strong baiting plan was implemented as a solution.
A previous client for rodents called us regarding similar complaints. The rodents had now returned again to the home causing problems for the client. It seems like the rats really love the client’s home and therefore came back.
Previously treated with four mice stations and an assortment of baits. This has absolutely worked as the stations are now empty and dead mice have been found on the property.
It is now apparent that the Melbourne mouse plague had impacted this property. We, therefore, needed to go a little harder in terms of frequency and bait quantity.
To compound the situation the property owners have recently acquired a new dog so we needed to ensure that we minimise the chance of secondary poisoning. We identified new locations for the bait station that provided less access to their new fur baby.
The clients seemed very pleased with the newly developed plan and gave us the green light to commence the new program. The strong baiting plan ensures a more quick response with guaranteed better results.
We are now also implementing a six-month review to ensure continual protection.
