Rodent trouble might be a topic that you’ve come across a lot. Lately, we’ve seen an increase in cases in and around Melbourne. The exact root cause of the problem cannot be easily solved but what can be done is safer homes. Usually, safe solutions are to utilise the period plans that we offer. For example, take this recent case we handled as a way to understand the benefits.
We received a phone call from one of our competitor’s clients in Seaford. They were not happy as their existing service provider did not control the rodents on their property.
Our technician arrived and implemented a tailored baiting solution for that property. This included rodent stations to the high activity areas, baiting stations to the ceiling void and control stations externally.
Luckily, we did not have to remove any existing stations (we could not find any).
In domestic environments, for rodent control, we offer a six-month warranty. Obviously, we do not want to come back during this period. Therefore, our motivation is to ensure we are thorough in planning and implementing the control measures in place.
If for some reason, our clients do have an issue during our warranty period we are more than happy to reattend.
